As a pilot, Beginner Photographer, And Explorist..This camera is highly recommended by me. It can stop the jet engine blades right in mid air with the 1/4000SEC. Shutter speed. The image quality is outstanding, And eye-catching. This camera is compact, Lightweight, And has a great price, Though i do recommend looking for the "Canon Digital Kiss X", It has the same features, looks exactly the same but the price can be a lot lower than the XTI.
