It took about 15 minutes to set the camera up and caputre snapshots and video. Very clear, crisp images that will auto focus and follow your face with the right setup. A feature rich product with the usual Logitech quality. Was up on a video call service in a half hour with excellent results. The greater the bandwidth of your line, the higher the processor speed, and more memory in the video card, the better the results for video calls. You have to remember you are using an integrated system not just the camera and mic on the 9000.

I payed almost $100.00 for this web cam only to find that the software doesnt install properly in vista as well as no sound even though the sound bar moves up and back.Support says they have no support for vista even though the product claims vista compatible!!!!If the green volume bar moves all is well ..Not
